- Pipes surface are processed by shot blast or sand blast to obtain degree of cleanliness SA 2.5
- Light Grey Primer (a Fast Dry Synthetic Primer Alkyd Base Primer) with min 60 µ D.F.T is applied by an automatic process
- Upon Order request, an Modified Alkyd Top Coat of min 60 µ D.F.T can be provided
- Bending test in accordance to ASTM D522-93a, and Adhesion test in accordance to ASTM3359 are performed
